Position Summary:
We are hiring Lawn Mowing Crew Members to perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to company quality standards
- Assist with seasonal yard cleanups and other lawn care tasks
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report issues to crew leaders
- Ensure properties are left neat and presentable
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
Qualifications:
- Prior lawn mowing or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, and other weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (weather dependent)
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
- Snow removal is part of this position
