Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance Team. As a team member, you’ll be responsible for keeping our clients’ properties looking their best through tasks like weeding, pruning, mulching, and other seasonal lawn care duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull weeds and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas
  • Prune, trim, and shape bushes, shrubs, and ornamental plants
    Install and refresh mulch beds
  • Perform seasonal lawn care tasks as assigned (e.g. leaf cleanup, edging, blowing, etc.)
  • Assist with landscape clean-ups and other general yard maintenance
  • Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance on-site
  • Work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from crew leaders

Qualifications:

  • Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Able to lift 40+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Valid Drivers License and Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Punctual and dependable

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (start and end times may vary)
  • Occasional weekends or extended hours during busy seasons
  • Winter Snow removal and ice mitigation is part of this position
